I am originally from Holdrege. I attended college at UNK and studied Athletic Training while also playing volleyball for UNK. I graduated in 2007 with a degree in Exercise Science: Athletic Training and then went back to school, on and off for a few years, to get my Math Education degree from Chadron State College. I started out teaching in Lexington, NE for four years and then taught at Wilcox-Hildreth for a year before getting the opportunity to teach in Loomis. 2025-2026 will be my 7th year at LPS!
I currently live in Holdrege with my husband and three daughters. My husband, Casey, is the high school History teacher here at Loomis and my daughters also attend LPS. Kaitalyn is in 9th grade, Kesley is in 6th grade, and Kaysen is in 3rd grade.
I enjoy being around my family and playing/watching sports.
My family would probably tell you I also enjoy taking naps! :)
